Every Chicago Leather Co. piece is covered by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty. If a seam fails or hardware breaks due to manufacturing, we will repair or replace the piece at no charge. Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered but we can discuss repair options.

Absolutely. Monogramming and embossing are available on most products. You can specify your initials, a name, or a custom mark during the custom order process. Gold, silver, and blind emboss finishes are all available.
