Standard orders take 6–8 weeks from consultation confirmation. Rush options (3–4 weeks) and Express (2 weeks) are available for an additional fee. Complex pieces or bulk orders may require additional time, which we'll confirm during consultation.
All custom orders include full consultation, the hand-crafted piece, one complimentary fit adjustment, presentation box packaging, and tracked insured shipping. Monogramming and personalization are included unless gold/silver foiling is selected, which carries a small premium.
Absolutely. We offer discreet gift ordering — we can ship to any address with a handwritten gift note included at no charge. Simply indicate "gift order" in the notes and provide the recipient's measurements and shipping address separately via email or WhatsApp.
